Mission 2020 will include:

  • Accommodations for food-related sensitivities and allergies
  • Multiple designated seating areas during large gatherings and workshops for people using wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices
  • Captions for all video presentations
  • Designated hearing loop section for all large-group gatherings
  • PA systems and microphones in each workshop room
  • Accessible presentations, including accessible sight lines
  • Accessible stage
  • Accessible restrooms
  • Accessible parking
  • Clear, visible signage
  • Large-print materials (upon request at least two weeks before event)
  • American sign-language interpretation (upon request at least two weeks before event)
  • Language interpretation (upon request at least two weeks before event)
  • Contact information for Mission 2020 volunteers designated to assist with accessibility concerns or needs throughout the event
